The use of information obtained through the WARD AI Assistant is always at your own responsibility.

The user expressly acknowledges that compensation for any damage resulting from the use of the chatbot, towards FORWARD Belgium vzw and/or its auxiliaries, is governed exclusively by contract law within legal limits, even when the event causing the damage also constitutes a tort.

The user further acknowledges that compensation in such cases is limited to direct damages and does not include indirect damages such as loss of profit, loss of opportunity, delays in logistics processes, reputational damage, or other consequential damages, unless a provision of mandatory law or public order requires broader compensation.

DATA PROCESSING

FORWARD Belgium vzw does not process personal data through the chatbot, except when you voluntarily include personal data in your question.

In that case, the data is used solely to answer your question and is deleted after a maximum of 3 months.

When you use the chatbot, data may technically be transferred to external service providers who support and manage the chatbot’s operation. This transfer is technically necessary for the functioning of the service. These service providers may not use the data for their own purposes.

If you submit a contact request, register for an event, apply for membership, or request additional information via the chatbot, FORWARD Belgium uses this data to:

  • answer your question
  • contact you
  • inform you about relevant services or activities

This processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Based on our legitimate interest as a recognised professional organisation, we also use your contact details to provide you with relevant information about:

  • changes in regulations and compliance requirements
