How to become a member?

Companies operating as commission agent-forwarder, transport commission agent, customs representative, transport organiser and logistics service provider and holding the Transport Organiser Permit (commission agent-forwarder/transport commission agent/transport broker) or accredited as a customs representative may join FORWARD Belgium.

If you would like to apply for membership, please download the application form and return it, duly completed and signed, accompanied by the following attachments:

  • Copy of transport organiser permit or certificate of accreditation as customs representative.
  • Memorandum of association (extracts from the commercial register or from the annexes to the Belgian Official Journal).

Following receipt of the required documents, your application will be presented at the next meeting of the managing body.

We will issue an invoice once this application has been approved. Membership will commence upon receipt of payment.
